Wassup speed enthusiasts and epicureans of all things FLY!!! GoGo is going and he made the Phewsioneering operating system the official Speed operating system to Hank Steinbrenner's elite youth travel team "Hanks Yanks."
GoGo and Phewsioneering wanted to thank Mr. Cesar Presbott, who gave GoGo his FIRST SHOT in the BIG leagues with the NY YANKEES in 1996 and Phewsioneering's opportunity to run the NY Yankees Pre-MLB Draft work out for speedinn 2010! From that point we became the speed system for Hanks Yanks! Thats right! It takes TIME to get to the BIG TIME!

Mr. Bob Unger introduced Cesar Presbott to GoGo with JJ Rodriguez (Story coming soon). And, of course Mr. Ray Negron for being the thought provoker and one of the reasons for GoGo going out in the world to make the Phewsioneering Operating System and brand what it is today. FLY!

Mr. Bob Unger, while GoGo was training and preparing Adam "Big Red" Unger in 2002 to be drafted by the Yankees actually took the time and actually said ....

"Ed you have something here and I'm not saying that its going to be easy nor happen right away but, if you stick with it, what you have and what you do is beyond working with a player or even a team. You have something that can be used in the entire league. He was right. We are worldwide, we are with Hanks Yanks and and some other HEAVY HEAVY SPORTS entities that we will SOON announce. Again....THANKS RAY FOR THE KICK IN THE ASS!!

GoGo is the speed coach for Hanks Yanks and they were Playing at Yankee Stadium against New York Yankee's Scout Cesar Presbott's NYC All STARS. That's right in the heart of Jeters house they were getting down! BaseBALLIN'!
Before the game began and coaching got underway GoGo had the opportunity to discuss speed, pitching and its training with, who the world of baseball considers a DEMIGOD of the pitchers mound.

GoGo got to talk speed and pitching with the Cy Young winner. So that you know.........

Phewsioneering is the best in the world for speed but we never have thrown a no hitter nor won a CY Young. So we went to the mountain top and and Phewsed the best in speed with the best in baseball.

GoGo talked about how we develop and enhance pitchers. Yep, he shared that we increase velocity and control based on the world of sprinting and the associated numbers that dictate the numbers that apply to speed for human beings.

GoGo shared with Doc, how we take our world of sprinting and apply it to the sprinters of the baseball field. THE PITCHER.

GoGo ran it down quick! Doc listened intently and after GoGo's run down....

DOC confirmed that Phewsioneering our exclusive method and system works and makes sense.

We were RIGHT on point. DOC said it! He shared that pitching velocity is just like sprinting. GoGo went thru the methods and application of the system that he applies to pitchers. GoGo talked about Trevor Reckling.... Doc confirmed the method and went into release points, hips, torque, and overall pitching information that ONLY a prime timer can talk about in the heat...on the hill.

During the discussion, GoGo expressed how cool, laid back, receptive and informative Doc was, considering he is who he is and did what he did! For the record, Doc Gooden is as cool as a fan, pleasure to rap with and a PURE bonafide guru of the baseball seams! Our goal at Phewsioneering is to get the best information from the BEST that EVER did it. Then we make sure we are Astrophysics with the details and then we put it all together and share it with you!

Wake Forest Baseball had a respectable season.

In Coach Walter's words they get a solid "B".

The Wake Forest crew made its first appearance in the ACC Baseball Championship since 2008 in Jacksonville, Florida. We are proud to say that we had a major part in the Deacs arrival in the ACC championships this year.

Wake Forest head baseball coach Tom Walter and freshman outfielder Kevin Jordan will be honored by the NCAA at the 2011 College World Series in Omaha Nebraska on Saturday night June 18, 2011.

With such a ground breaking year and fast performances, we at Phewsioneering and the Wake Forest Coaches are "strategically optimistic" on how we will be steam rolling towards Omaha, Nebraska for the upcoming 2012 season.

We like to wait until all the chips are counted to drop some phewsioneering news on you...
But, we are tired of talking and we like to let the Coaches and athletes talk themselves.....

This is the man who is responsible for changing the face of sports in Panama! We know THIS guy from the dynamic streets of BROOKLYN.

We played Handball...
We played Paddle ball...
We played 8 Ball!!!Every now & then crossing paths at the world famous MARCY Projects.

HE went to COLLEGE....and so did WE. Since that time we grew wise, travelled the world, and started a huge initiative. Hoping to make the world a better place and enhance the Phewture of sports,we wound up in different places and continents, and ONE phone call changed it ALL! Alfonso "Panama" called GoGo and said "Listen Man" (He says "MAN" alot), you gotta come down here. PANAMA. "We can get it popping." We went. Initially GoGo went to the VEINTE QUATTROS! to search for athletic talent. (The East New York of Panama) Fonso was right. Panama was untouched. We kept going down to Panama City.

This story is like that movie, "There will be Blood" complete with Rival Companies, nay-sayers, and unexplored terrain and instead of OIL drilling and refinining, we set up fast athlete production & refinining!

Like Fonso says "Punto FINAL!" So Alfonso decided we would start doing boxing matches..That didn't work so well. Very Gangster-like in Central America for boxing. Then...Fonso bumped into my Good old Friend Frank Terracina who worked back in Panama at Pandeportes!

Phew!!! flew down yet again..met with this cool entity Pandeportes. You see, it's cool travelling ALL over the world. You meet so many people....While in midst of running around all over the place, Frank was studying Sports management IN CHICAGO. I told him when time was right I would introduce him to my friends in the Sports Biz and get him going.....WHO knew he would be BACK in Panama from Chicago present for this plan....Alfonso....GoGo....and Frank set up a huge plan..we did a HUGE press conference and the stage was set.

Then Frank went on to participate on the Panamanian Baseball Federacion.

Now we were cooking with gas!!

Fonso then introduced us to one of the coolest guys we have yet to encounter...

Lenin Picota!!

Lenin is the International man who's part of the big plan to continue this MEGA game changing initiative with the country of Panama it's Government entity Pandeportes, CITIUS, Phewsioneering!!!, and the United States.

We then put it all together with one of our soon to be Baseball-Phewsioneers Enrique Burgos.
(Former 6'4" Southpaw for Kansas City Royals and Sanfrancisco Giants). Great Coach, Good man....
Our goal is to have Coach Burgos as one of the top pitching instructors for the Team CITIUS operations!

We got the head knod from the Pandeportes Director Ruben Cardenas...and one of our Phewsionytes came off the conveyor belt and started performing.

Introducing Jonathan "Oda-matic" Oda.

Oda went with our crew to Jupiter in Fall 2010. Oda threw for one of out good friends "Mark Holtzman's S.F. Bandits crew and Oda-matic debuted with NO HITTER!! 1-2-3 gone. Quite impressive and Our friends who OWN perfect Game went crazy..That day Oda-Matic was scouted by our pitching guru Omar Washington, Who is a Baseball-Phewsioneer out of Dallas, Tx. Omar worked his magic and next thing ya know the "Speed Factory" produced its first world Class Panamanian pitching machine.

ODA-MATIC got him self a scholarship offer from San Jacinto Junior College. The school that developed Andy Petite and Roger Clemens. Coach Jimmy Durham, San Jacinto Asst. Coach brought him down and the Oda-Matic went to work.

This is Moma Oda in tears of joy learning that her son, who has worked SO very hard to become someone successful from Panama. His dream is coming true. His family's dream is coming true!

This is the Oda family. Fresh at Tocumen Airport, Panama. When Fonso & GoGo were headed back to Copa Air for the trip back to N.Y.C. Jonathan was on his return from San Jacinto, J.C. in Houston Texas! Jonathan expressed how happy he was that he was going to San Jac. We are sure Oda-Matic will be very successful, obtain a super education as a dominant pitcher that got his big break with Pandeportes,CITIUS, and The fantastic people from Panama!!!

We are proud to say that Oda-Matic willl be part of TEAM CITIUS and will be delivering a mean slider to a strike zone near you!

When he takes his place on the pitchers mound, We will be calling for Oda-Matic!!! It's Phewsioneering Y'all!!!

The Forest AWOKE!!!

They say "ya can't see the FOREST through the trees". They also say "Run Forest run"....
Well, That's what Coach Tom Walter and the coaching staff of Wake Forest University say to the talented young men of the WAKE FOREST DEACONS baseball team deep in the heart of Winston Salem, North Cackalacky! Our friend Phil Rogers had us meet in Yankee Stadium Legend Suites and then the story began.....

So as all fast people do, we "Jetted" on down ta North Carolina to institute the Phewsioneering speed system for the coaches of Wake Forest. We must say...Coach Walter is absolutely an out the box thinker and then brings it back to the batters box to wreak havoc! So after a few good talks with coach Walter and a serious dissemination session with the coaching staff.

(Pitching Coach Dennis Healy, to date, was the toughest most supportive audience member we ever encountered. GOOD MAN).

Also in attendance were the strength/conditioning coaches David Bass and Mark Seaver. Please know they are Strength and Conditioning Coaches and they are way to big to piss off!!! Figure it out folks, they teach people to lift weights for a living!
After that roundtable, which went well, because those guys don't smile a lot! We got 'em to smile because we shared with them that "we are in the same business, speed is weightlifting in disguise." After a few bear hugs and high fives", we opened the box of speed and shared it!!

The cool part was that we did it in a very cool way, directly with the coaches. In turn the coaches shared the info with the entire team. We first showed them ALL why the entire team wasn't as fast as they needed to be; PHYSICS! then we showed them just how much more fit they could become; "PHYSIOLOGY." and then, the Phewsioneering began!

After all the provin' the reasons for slow movin' the coaches input the speed system and the entire team learned what they were doing'. The young men learned about W.A.B.B.A.S. they learned about lift systems and they learned their numbers....in fact, just like the WALL STREET Barons....they learned in order to run fast you have to to run the numbas!!! (Bronx bugs Bunny accent)

We worked the speed systems for two days strong.The Pitchers...The Catchers...Base running....Base Stealing..The "One Move Pivot" for stealing and for THE 60 YARD RUN. With the speed system benchmarks in place.. the speed enhancement began.

Now, we can go on and tell you the hopeful speed enthusiast all the details and tales from the clubhouse....but instead.......

We would like to let Coach Tom Walters to have the honor. Directly and officially from the Horses mouth...so there is NO misunderstanding that Phewsioneering.....IS THE REAL DEAL!

GoGo, great to hear from you. Things couldn't be better. We just had our scout day and many of the scouts commented on our overall team speed and our starts! We had a guy run a 6.41, 3 guys sub 6.6, 4 guys sub 6.7, and several others 6.8-6.9. To a man they improved their times from the early fall.

It was really exciting to watch.

Kevin made his way from an undisclosed international location. (You know those olympic ambassadors always hanging out with some head of state on some yacht. That would be GoGo flashing ThePhew sign. Kev is making GoGo look like a midget! Kev is a Big Fella)

...on the the Jet Blue airliner that accommodates someone who Flys by Jetting...and to San Juan they Phew....pardon...flew!

Usually when we arrive we meet the powers that be and say "we sell speed" usually that is followed up with a "WHAT!!' Then an official visit ensues and they learn that we really do....clearly ONLY for sports!! (LOL)

A good laugh takes place and the officials like to take the photo opp so that they can share they are making it happen with the big timers! Upon arrival..Rene had all situations under control! Including the official Tee's with the sound and it's definition front + center!

The tee's were official. Everybody was adorned..and dangerous with the sound and definition. Athletes, even parents wanted to be down with ThePhew!

That's correct speed! We sell speed! We sell it by the boat load and our mission was to share our regal approach and methods so that we had more phewsionytes walking the earth with the million dollar walk and running like the wind. We arrived in the overflowing "Coqui" shores of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Fresh this year of 2010. Our C.O.I (center of influence) Renee Balloveras set up a 3 day sPhew!!! Academy where young ladies and young men participated in learning the magic of speed AND it's lifestyle. Located in the San Juan stadium, Renee sent word out to many athletes and they responded. All of whom had optimistic hopes of becoming one of the Phew! who operate with phewsioneering in their bodies which will make their bodies faster than ANYBODY!

Kevin had an opportunity to address the young athletes. Coming from the highest perch in the land of sour life experiences of both Kevin and GoGo shared they all listened......

Look at the intensity and focus as the entire crowd was on baited breath of every word of Kevin. One of the fastest men in the world everyone wanted to hear what he had to say.

We had a large participation of young men, but we also had quite a group of young ladies that had the desire to
"Go Fast."

We had all shapes and sizes and a range of developing athletes. We kind of took for granted the speed thing..
As you can see we quickly found out people are VERY serious about going fast!

Kevin immediately sprinkled the his world record freaky dust all over them and explained just what it would do to them and they experienced movement + miles per hour like never before! Nothing like seeing young athletes having fun, feeling good and getting fast all in one.

We definitely have amassed quite a phew success stories in our speed performance systems.
We have been working all angles of sport. What we really have been doing in our laboratories of speed is developing pitcher specific systems that raise velocity, control, and high velocity "sitting" for the phewture of MLB's Missile command!

This young man right here....is another one of our LEFTY projects that seriously is gonna be somebody that dominates on "the hill".

For the record, "Merc" means to run fast....be out....gone!...someone or something that is So fast it is like Mercury. So, of course the urban pop culture world took mercury tailored it and spit back....Merc OUT! Which brings us to...

Many folks ask where the influence comes from for the cool things we do and the mentality we have regarding regarding Phew!!! and speed. Many say our athletes carry themselves with the swagger of rockstars. Many say that's the kinda stuff rockstars would wear! Many have said that logo is crazy! Kinda like the rolling stone logo...BAM!!! in your face. Well..we being the speed engineers that we are we always like to inform our particpants and and epiPhewrians of just how we derived our phewsportstar way of being. Fact is, we do it all kid! Day and Night!

Rule #1 of course move with the source. A super brand builder/ manager that I know..Lyor Cohen, (we know him cause Supa Dupe was an intern at the world reknowned Def Jam and GoGo would "roll" with Supe in the days of videos..Ratt production, shout outs brett Rattner..and long gone million dollar video production budgets) once said "nothing is new something just takes the place of what was." Prolific! So, GoGo felt the need to go to the source..where ALL the world's best rockstars hung out and traded the essence of "Rockin OUT" with the folks who are known for ROLLIN' OUT! PHEWSIONEERS at The 25th anniversary of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

As we entered the spot GoGo rode the elevator with Lyor Cohen and Bumped into the "G" of "SKG" Mr. Music himself David Geffen...

GoGo and David spoke and David asked GoGo "do you have any relation to Linda!!??" GoGo's reply was "if I had a dime for everytime I was asked it would be called "GSKG"

Upon arrival, we hollered at the Piano man man Billy Joel and while he was in the city, GoGo aggressively pursued him with the thought of cutting ...
"A Phew York State of Mind". As you see, he enjoyed the idea and said he would consider it!!! Stand by readers........

So as the night rocked on...we saw Stevie Wonder sing Michael Jackson records...we saw Simon and Garfunkle do the Phewsioneering anthem, "Me and Julio...who were kings from Carona"....
We saw Aretha, we saw Smokey..we saw John Legend duo with Stevie..

We saw Billy Joel rock out with Bruce Springsteen...Lenny Kravitz did his THING but of course...We saw the illest...the blackeye peas with Mick Jagger and BONO with U2 on stage.... pure fooley!!! (Shout out Jimmy Luv!!)

GoGo said to him "I'd be honored to take a flick while you still have the beard!! He laughed and said "let's go, take the shot!!"Chillin with Sting...talkin' to Mick Jagger about goin "to the party" We Gotta tell you... alll that Rock & Rollin' with us Phewin' like we doin' proves....that.....The Phew!!! IS RELEVANT & Rocks!!!

UNITED STATES – The Los Angeles Angels announced recently their minor league organizational awards for the 2009 season, left-handed pitcher Trevor Reckling as Pitcher of the Year.

PITCHER OF THE YEAR

Trevor " TL Hooker" Reckling, 20, began the 2008 season at single-A Rancho Cucamonga, where he posted a 1-2 mark with a 0.95 ERA (2 ER – 19 IP) and allowed nine hits and three walks with 19 strikeouts in three starts. He was then promoted to double-A Arkansas, where he compiled an 8-7 record with one complete game and a 2.93 ERA (44 ER -135.1 IP) in 23 starts. Reckling, who finished fourth in the league in ERA, also led the Travelers in wins, innings and strikeouts (106). Overall in 2009, Reckling was 9-9 with a 2.68 ERA (46 ER – 154.1 IP) with one complete game in 26 starts. He allowed 127 hits and 78 walks while striking out 122 batters. Reckling was selected to participate in the Texas League mid-season All-Star Game and was also named to the Postseason All-Star Team. He was the Angels’ Organizational Pitcher of the Month for April, and also played for the USA Team at the 2009 Futures Game and the 2009 World Cup. Reckling graduated from St. Benedicts Prep School in Newark, NJ, and was selected by the Angels in the eighth round of the 2007 free agent draft.

In the Pool E finale at Arwin-Wolf Baseball Stadium in Regensburg, Germany, Trevor Reckling struck out 11 batters in seven innings pitched. He broke the USA Baseball World Cup record for strikeouts in a game by a single player. He now is the record holder for Team USA as a pitcher. Reckling (1-0) pitched seven complete innings, allowing three hits and striking out 11 batters for the win. Trevor Reckling struck out 11 Chinese batters to break the USA Baseball World Cup Record for the most strikeouts in a game by a single pitcher. The previous record (10) was held by Hank Woodman (2003) and Ben McDonald (1988).

The Team USA 2009 roster was made up of 16 Triple-A and eight Double-A players. Trevor Reckling is the youngest player on the roster at 20 years old and RHP Jason Childers is the oldest, at 34.

In order to be a "pure" phewsioneer you must of the following requirements, an Olympian, World Record Holder, world level sprinter, NCAA Division 1 All-American or coach of an olympic athlete. That is it. We phewse speed with any skill sport.

In order to be a skilled Phewsioneer you have to have been the VERY best in your particular discipline.

Russ Wilhelm is an elite level LAX coach out of Orange County, He is well entrenched in Orange County, California Lacrosse world and was part of the implementation of the Phewsioneering Operating System that we implemented for Cal State Fullerton Lacrosse for the 2009 season where we took them to the FINAL FOUR IN DENVER. They had never been prior to our system implementation.

Coach Ryland was a Division 1 ALL American from University of Maryland...Please check the credentials...The first All American to come out of his high School Paul D. Schriber Port Washington, Long Island, New York. Ryland was the first African American to reach first team All-American Status to come out of Long Island. Since 1982, Ryland spearheaded the development of lacrosse in California. As a five-time MVP player of Orange County Lacrosse Club, Ryland teams won four state club championships and for fourteen straight years he was an all-star club lacrosse player. He was elected as the president of the California Lacrosse Association for twelve years, president of the Malibu Lacrosse Club for thirteen years and he is currently the head lacrosse coach for Cal State Fullerton, where in one season took the team from losing every game the previous season to a much improved above 500% winning season. While producing, five All Americans, three of which were Academic All Americans. He has also coached UCLA, USC, and Occidental college.

Maybe Ryland’s most amazing achievement was his involvement in re-instating exhibition lacrosse in the 1984 Olympics. With numerous meetings with Peter Uberoff and the Olympic Committees he helped pull off what many thought would never happen and made the Jim Thorpe Memorial Pow Wow & World Games a huge success.”

With the master negotiator and world wide "make it happen bidniz" man Shaheed he kindly introduced us to the world of the uptown official "BARNONE" crew. By no stretch of the imaginnation are we unfamiliar with the bar game.."Flyin wabba's regular pull ups..intergalactics....but for real for real.....those just set us up to REALLY "Get our weight up". We always keep our uptown street credentials valid, we all got up in Mt. Morris Park...we were kindly introducedby brother Shabazz "the original bar master...he is considered a grand master and he in turn has been an integral part of spawning armies of Bar NONE athletes that have developed into factions that also are VERY capable of moving that weight son!!! We are going to incorporate Bar NONE into the Phewsioneering science as the official mass movement system. The work is crazy and if you are not fit....you will know it!! This, just like the phewsioneering speed system, it is seriously no BS!! Either you're working or you're not!! Either you can or you can't do it!! T Nash is a mixture of sorts! He is 6' 8" and plays the 3 but can totally play the 2 in the NBA. Magic is 6'9" and Kobie is 6'7". Oh, and once we cleaned up his mechanics we find that

Thats right. We had to follow many folks that claim to teach that were teaching football 40 stuff to a 6 foot 9 killer!! Wow!!!

Annnnnnd were back! Yes its been 1 month and four days since our last posting! Today is
May 5th! Shout out to Chef AL Lovelace! a/k/a Chef Du Juor happy Bday man!!

Has alot happened since we last posted...damn right...do we have alot to tell you...damn right...but some thing simply need to be addressed in a timely fashion! Which brings us to the subject at hand...things that have been effected by Phewsioneering "Mean Time"..which is the world's standard for speed.

So we go out West and lay down this Phewsioneering system in 2 mere days and the next thing ya know..we were back here in NYC....BUT we started getting intelligence here at the
Citius Intelligence Agency (Phewsioneering) from Coach Ryland Huyghe that the speed operating system was fully operational!! So much so, one game after another the Fullerton Titans
Began rolling up wins! They thought it was a fluke...they thought...it was some luck! Well, we tell you this...a Whooooole lotta games won! 3 losses only (we comin to getcha' next time gentlemen) and Oregonian blogs that absolutely gave up the props "we thought we were fast, but they ran us off of the field". Definitely solidifies this...
their fast is faster than your fast....but who cares when we are the fastest!!

This go round it's just better to let the universe speak for us. In the famous words of our partner and Ultra "Inside Guy" Scott Wysota..."Less talk more action"...
we again introduce Coach Ryland Huyghue...

This Is Ryland Huyghue,

I am the head lacrosse coach at California State Fullerton Men’s lacrosse program and have played lacrosse for 42 years. During that time I have played with and against the best lacrosse players in the world. For over 20 years now I have also been coaching at different levels and am currently coaching the Cal State Fullerton Division II team.

I joined the Cal Fullerton program last spring in it’s second full season. The first season they lost every single game. When I saw them for the first time, I knew I had a tremendous challenge. After only one season we improved to an above 500 season focusing on fundamentals. I knew we had some great athletes; we just needed to figure out a way to get some kind of edge.

As you all know, lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet. I figured we needed to be in better condition than our opponents so I focused on conditioning. That was going along fine. There is an old quote by the Famous Jim Brown who played lacrosse at Syracuse ("If you’re not running in the 4th quarter you’re not in the game"). I use this quote every day for games and practice. I could see the progression but I thought we had to get quicker, faster to beat our opponents up and down the field. I needed a solution. That’s where Mr. "GoGo" Ed Lovelace and
Phewsioneering came in.

A very good associate of mine Drew Panell (The Official ReLAX Phewsioneer of Phewsioneering), introduced me to Mr. "GoGo" Ed Lovelace, I thought he was some kind of Hollywood actor. Seriously! Drew said if you want to get your guys faster you need to go to his guy, Ed Lovelace who invented Phewsioneering! I said what the hell is Phewsioneering? Drew said just talk to him, so I did. I had no idea what Mr. Go Go was talking about. So I said to him stop with all the mumbojumbo, action speaks louder then words. The question I posed to him was simple. Can you make my guys quicker and faster? He replied, "guaranteed, not only will I make them faster but stronger from your slowest to your fastest players". I said "sure" and chuckled beneath my breath. (He said I was gonna pay for that.)

I said to Mr. Go Go, (I guess that’s for going fast) come out to California and show me what you have. It was on, I told my guys that some dude Ed Lovelace is coming out here from the East Coast to do a Speed Symposium" and he is guaranteeing to make you all faster. There was serious doubt on everyone’s part.

Two weeks later Ed showed up and did a two day symposium. He got my guys running like I’ve never seen them run before in 15 minutes, even my 240 pound goalie. This all happened the first day. Everything was timed and verified (“the clock doesn’t lie”). He showed us a few things we were doing wrong and added a few things we had never done. The key to all of this is efficient mass distribution. He taught us how to distribute weight more efficiently. Mr Go Go put us on a progressive work out system plan that we still do to this day.

We started out with 300 WABBA's a day (some kind of sit up/crunch that stands for Who's Afraid of the Big Bad AB) which I thought my guys could never do. Now we are up to 2000 WABBA's at every practice in less than 10 minutes which amazing and my guys want more!

The real test was our first game which I won’t mention the team we played out of respect for them. They went up 2 goals to nothing in the first few minutes. After our guys adjusted and started flying up and down the field. Our opponent had no idea what hit them. By the end of the 2nd quarter you could see the opponent was starting TO DRAG THEIR FEET, WHILE OUR GUYS WERE JUST GETTING STARTED. WE BROKE FOR HALFTIME AND I ASKED THEM HOW THEY FELT? They replied great coach we’re ready to go. At the end of the third quarter we had scored 13 goals. You do the math; it just might be a world record for that manhy goals in a quarter. In the beginning of the fourth quarter the officials asked us to stop scoring so they could go home. I told them we have our third and fourth team in there. Even the other team wanted to quit, they just had nothing left. It got so bad that with "11 minutes" left in the fourth they turned out the lights and killed the the game. That was the end of the game. We won 19-2. This a true story

The teams that we have beaten are the same teams that destroyed us two years ago. Take a look at the scores below. We went from not being ranked to being number 1 in the MCLA Div II and holding strong consistently in the top 3 teams in the country. ALL I CAN SAY IS.....
THIS RELAX PHEWSIONEERING SYSTEM WORKS and I give all the thanks and praise to Mr. GO GO Ed Lovelace and Phewsioneering HQ for introducing us to their speed operating system.

We were doing the Top Secret Cycle workouts with our infamous Basketball partner.. world reknowned probreeder Jerry "Ice" Powell of Basketball Results..

We put in some serious work with the U Conn standout Hasheem Thabeet.

Yep we works on the BIG MEN too. Check it out..the 100 meter world record holder is 6'5...we felt it necessary to, shall we say step our game up! Literally! Our goal was to take the same elements of speed and put them on big man here! Imagine working with a cock diesel giraffe!! I was posting him up (or at least trying) and with all forearm strength and all of the God given ability I possesed...I couldn't do nuffin' with the dude! I felt like I was trying to post up a California Redwood...(FUTILE)

As you kow, the youngman is 7 foot three AND he can move. We cleaned up a 'lil of his mechanics and showed him the finer points on how to move his frame like a 6'5" guy! If you have any doubts as to whether he can run with the best of them...just tune into the 2009 final four madness and see him catch wreck! Homeboy is smackin' glass and wiping shots like we did back in the days on the biddy courts!! 7'3" Thabeet was a quick study and made crazy fast improvements in this workout...not only is he the truth as far as raw athleticism but he's a nice guy. Even though we are all on our best behavior when Mom is around.....

at the Hi-NY headquarters for "Swagger Camp" French...the language of Love! Phew!!! The sound of speed!
While in the middle of "Swagger Camp" downtime we met one of our international flavor enhancers Kévin Brotfeld. Kévin is down with the technology and he is down with good times and fine women!! We met playing a game of billiards and Kev had a bevy of damsels with pool cue in hand that were full of smiles and a whoooole lotta French!
Game one...game two....game 6..even little Alijah had his first French Rendesvouz!!
French girls LOVE them some Alijah!!

Anyway it hit us while we we "Master- Phewsioneering", (shout outs to grandmaster Tate and Milan Tiff who taught us how to conduct ourselves with the Mademoiselles Paris style!), that we need to put some baby tees on these girls and give our man Kevin the blurred t-shirt to stamp the city of love and lights with the 3 exclamation points!! We gave Kev and the ladies shirts....They loved them, We had a ball!! We asked them if they would be kind enough to take a picture of them selves in front of the Eiffel tower OR in fromt of The The Champ Élysées when they arrived back to the "The City of Lights!"

We didn't know what level of picture taking or influence the exclamation points may have...
When we received the email from our Parisian friend who byh the way represented crazy and blew the top off of the Parisian streets we were blown away!! Crazy! Thats right world, Phew! is spoken in every language...and definitely understood worldwide! Many times people ask us "how do you come up with all this stuff we do!". Well, we just basically put cool names to things that have been in existence for more than 60 years. This level of "flyness" (something that makes you go fast), comes from the founding fathers of modern movement. Dr. Walker, Norm Tate, Billy Henderson, John Smith, Lee Evans, Juan Carlos, Tommie Smith...and the dear "Mighty Burner" Larry James.
Legend has it that they were the influence behind the classic disco hit "Do the hustle."
Having had the great pleasure of being a sorcerers apprentices its always good to go to the basics..the original point of origin...so we did.

The truth is, initially we created much of the programming for our speed operating system via things that we enjoy in "pop" culture. Reason being there is every intention to be a brand that participates as a player in pop culture so why not get on the same dance floor and hustle with the best of them. While in Cali.. we always need to get our indulgence on. Hell, we work hard enough to keep it officially "Citius" why not indulge!This is one of our undercover Phewsioneering covert operatives. He is Phewsing speed to the skill of the Double Double! Look at the three palm trees to the rear of his hat...Sublime..The exclamationpoints are everywhere!

The stop is the infamous In & Out Burger in the City of Angels.

Always a destination made once where we order the usual. The Double Double with cheese. Of course, with accompanying fries and root beer. Damn right! We usually order it when leaving UCLA's Ducky Drake stadium after a nice bout of 150's, 60's and flying wabbas. Lets call it PhewL replacement! Then one day it hit, we need to give a title to these crazy exercises that evoke speed.

Southern Cal ReLAXin! We put our flip flops on and got citius in the land of "lights camera action" and the birthplace of President Nixon. Thats right fellow cradlers, phewsioneering has arrived in the West Coast...Cal state Fullerton to be exact.

We met with Coach Ryland Huyghue to implement this ReLAX phewsioneering operating system ours.

The whole crew wanted to let you know "how many" people know our top secret system.
We showed them splits..and rolls....the Magnetic D...and the classified pre-game launch codes.

We gets bizzy all the time when it comes to speed and time..theses guys started like freshmen...their mechanics were way off and they were expecting some jumpin jax and some ladder drills.....uuuuuuH wrong! We had to get that ass runnin' and run some more! They did just that Faster..Then faster...Then even faster!!! In latin thats "Citius!" In Phew! language its citiusly speaking! Tell you what though....the fullerton O.C. dudes have this OC "dude" thing crackin' ....think surfers meet Wall Street. Fly right!

So check em out...from glue to gazelles in less than 24 hours...in fact in one day the suntanned Raybans had an 8 second drop in performance time..even the goalies were rollin' out!

The craziest thing is we came out to do some work with Cal State Fullerton AND Cal State Long Beach. Due to technical difficulties we werent able to work with Long Beach. We told them we had just finished with Fullerton
And they may see how the system operates........

WELL....they played one another in some kinda Lacrosse fest. Needless to say, they found out just how the system works..... Fullerton beat Longbeach.

5 days into the new year and phewsioneering starts off with a Bang! And we do mean Bang! The night of New years Eve "Eve" Mean Joe Greene called us for the sweet science of speed to be implemented in a short window of time for a title fight against the #1 ranked middle weight in the world Sergio Martinez of Argentina! Serious business goin on!
They called. Speed kills.We sell it. It works! Rumble-Phewsioneering! At your service.

Joe liked what we did for the last fight..he was fast. He won against Jose Torres. So now this time is a big step up because This..is..a....title! "Joe" is already a dymanic fighter. The camp called for something that we deliver time and time again! Speed.
We jetted up to Bushkill, Pa to the infamous Fernwood resorts for the purpose of altitude training. Upon arrival we met some very impressive characters that are the cream of boxing..

All these athletes are "The Truth", "the best in the world" to say the least. So...The best in the sweet science of speed meets the best in "The sweet Science." We established what was needed for Joe and the rest of the fighters and went to work!

Out of respect for the fighter and the entire camp we DO NOT share with the world the formulas and workloads we are applying...we will share the lifestyle...Everybody is polite...everybody is mellow...No one screams...No one is disrespectful...and everybody has swag! Wonder why? Because everybody can @!#*#@@ fight!!! Imagine everybody armed and deadly in the room. There ya have it. Furthermore the environment is health concious and fun actually because we are always sharing with them how punching is the same as sprinting. No difference. So we can break it down to the very last compound how movement, punching, defensive movement all correlates to what dictates speed for the world...the world record for 100 meters. Swallow that for some inside info! We can go on and on about the lifestyle of speed and this speed test and that speed test....when it's work time......its ALL business. Believe it! So we told the fighters that we say the fastest is the flyest....they countered..of course and said the "the fastest will black ya eye best in the 12 round contest" its called..............

And were back.....its been a second..ok maybe two, but what do you expect when it's Phelps and us on the blog We had to come strong for you!

So early one mornin' with about 200 softball ladies we had to really show them what this phewsioneering! Was all about!
In the house we had coaches from Cal-Berkley...Fordham...and oh..yeah the US olympic team! Beijing, the big time catcher and home plate
protector Stacey Nuvman! and..uhhh..Stop!
Stop rubbing your eyes!! Nothings wrong with them!!

Yes that is Jessica Mendoza with the GoGophew! Yeah..we worked her out a 'lil some..some!! Shes our homey stromey and she goes hard!! We showed her all about the WABBA game and we actually had to say the gym was closing or who knows how many more she would have done!!

We set it off well like we usually do and warmed the ladies up but in Phew! Fashion.......
We literally cleaned up 200 young soft ballers in the matter of 20 minutes..We would like to say 100 athletes each time.....cake walk..cake walk...

Who captured yet another flash of this Phewsioneering that makes some more go "fast forward." Here ya have the GoGo man himself talkin' about something that usually has to do with some physics amalgamation and verbal thesis on some kind of physiological fact that he so "often" shares.

What you see here is some elementary moves that many athletes and as you can clearly gather, young ladies also, struggle with...the use the "lift system!" The ins and outs are usually the best litmus test the body can buy!! Up ladies!! UP!!

Playin' hard on the boulevard..and here we are again with another episode from the
Phew! Crew that gives it to you from life in the fast lane!!! Movin' it around like we always do...around the globe, we bring you into a night of HD movement below 14th street, NYC, which my man "Money-Stack" aka Gary Harris so poignantly describes as "the cross roads of the world".

Flash forward....info is disseminated and we make the move to Room Service...
A spot due north of the infamous cross roads and "1" record spin away from "Downtown Fly". In Room Service we are invited to join our fellow "Citius" club member "Usain Bolt!". Fresh off his 3 world records set at the Beijing Olympic games. We keep tellin' you the fastest is the flyest and here it is comin' to fruition again. As you watch the flavor unfold, you see what we have been doin' for years, which is livin' a life of speed that is beyond interesting...and "Hot to Def". From Jimmys in Monaco, France to downtown NYC the get down always is a funky one!!! Knowledge our man KevO as the Master Bolt let's us know which way it is!

You see, no fakin' can go on when you say you're the best in the world. The reason for that is the real won't stand up for you.

Big Men Stand UP!

You're looking at two Triple Crown Holders!!! Bolt has 3..Olympic,World, and National records. KevO has the same thing for the Last 16 years. Both of these cats have the triple crown. Both are the best in the world in the most difficult and technical of races. 100 meter run, 200 meter run, and 400 meter hurdles!!!

We had a mandatory meet and greet with our man Hiro, the C.E.O and owner from Megu!!!

He had a opening party so We did a lil red carpet per the paparazzi's request "we need you to represent The Super fly!!!" So we did!

Like Kanye said "lights...flashin" and in Megu we pushed.....kicked like Lupe as Jus Ske heated it up on the 1's and 2's with the 2008 recession sing-a-long...

"Money Penny."She tells us to get to 13th and University Bowl Mor Lanes..."Disco on up there and holla at a fellow Supa Fly member" who not only holds a triple crown..he owns 8 Triple Crowns!!! Of course we had to holla at our fellow supaflyer in fast NYC fashion and compliment him from one "King of speed" to another and give him the apropriate head gear that a King of Speed should adourn!!!

Usually people ask us who's your spokes person "GoGo?" or they say "KevO who is the face of the brand?" Well now, we can answer you. We have a hard time tracking our man down as he is always the jetset international speed spokesman for Phew!
Just recently he was reporting from his speed exploits from the coverage of the LeMan's Autosport 1000 KM de Silverstone in the UK.
So finally, the suspense is over, we are introducing "Mufassa Quig Lee". He is our man and we wanted to introduce our international spokesman for speed.

We call him "Quiglee" is our Stewart Scott from ESPN mixed with Flava Flav!!!

Many times you will hear him speak and announce himself "Mufassa QuigLee" Smart and Cool...he is from Uptown NYC and he has been traveling the world as our international correspondent for all things fast!!! He's so fast that at times he says his name all together and it sounds like something else...just remember that's how he is and just know he's always speeding!!! As you can see he is off the chain!

We think Mr. Lee is perfect for our Phew! crew and we are glad to have him aboard. Mufassa left Lemans and came in to discuss his interests in participating in our two programs that Phewsioneering is about to embark upon. Phew! Wide World of Speed! and

AY Yo!!!... Just the other day me and GoGo were chillin in Soho and got a call to meet his friend, and yeah he was an old bro. We got to the spot and what do you know Yo..... We ran into a mami and her name was "LoLo".

We chilled and we rapped we gave her some dap about all her feats that she made on the track she grinned and quipped "you know that I clipped" we both smiled back "girl don't even trip!" You won the Oly Tees you know what that means you're one of the phew that gets one of these". I paused for the cause and raised my right hand and on my ring finger produced a gold band. My Olympic hall of fame ring is what they had to see cause what it represents came before and will go on after me!!!

This represents all the sweat and the tears the pain that we feel through all of the years. Lead legs and trail legs pickem up and put em down while on the silly circle we go round and round.
An accomplishment in its own right to perform at the worlds greatest show.....Like you, So nice they named it twice its new york it ain't slow and we wanna to give up those props to our friend the superfly "LoLo"......you're talented and dope and know you can roll you'll mos def again be able to bring home that gold!

Usually we feature athletes...their accolades....their feats. This go round..we are featuring The 3 hermanos Fowler that stick together! They have acquired some real slick phewsioneering names!! From left to right we have my man Danny a/k/a "La Cosa Nostra"... BBM...a/k/a Brendan the Business Man, and Jack a/k/a Mr. Bauer. These guys stick together like KRAZY glue!!! Man do they look serious..Must be that million dollar walk we showed them!
We have never seen brothers roll this tight!! And, they also have a 'lil brother who is like the mini tornado.....in DIAPERS!!! They are all multi sport athletes....from a very cool family by the way..Mom and Dad are pretty cool with this battalion of boys!!! These cats have learned the Phewsioneering Operating System and now have come into their own. Reigning havok on Long Island as we type this. First up is Brendan, the olest. He is is off of an ACL tear and he is now running 4.6 for 40 yards! Wassssup..wassssup!!! Dats Right, That's less than 3 mos. and we don't roll everyday! We here at Phew! HQ respect guys that work hard and not only do they go O.D (OVERDOSE) hard! They are coachable like pros!! Yes..Yes Y'all!! So now we are getting this Phewsioneering movement up on its feet! What you see right here....Right here....is the nuclear bomb! What you are seeing is seeds coming into fruition! The feeling is inexplicable. The feeling makes grown men cry! The most dominant...The strongest...The best...oh and of course the one who is Citius! (faster). Phew! moments to relax!!! So our fabulous publicity firm FYI PR is helping us prepare our foray into the world of swagger!!!After a long day of "getting funky but needing to stay cool" we were advised to "get it together" said the wonderful Wunderlich!!! So, she sent one of us as a guinea pig to this pretty cool spot called John Allan's. Its a grooming/unwind spot for men who have been either heavy "on the street" (shout out to Ralph Giorgio) or movin' and shakin' keepin mankind from behind bars!!!

Any way since we fall right in between those poles we felt we have the wherewithal to step up and get down with the wind down!! And wind down we did!! Greeted by the ULTRA hot "Bond-like" Lady Carlotta.... Manicures, grown man robes, James Brown in the background, scotch tasting, with a Becks chaser was the start!! We gotta let ya know the initial Carlotta greet would have done it all....but John Allan had more....We can't divulge all of the experience...but what we can really let you know is, John Allan by GCT is what's happnin! And, as all the multinational beauties circulate about they wrap ya up steam you out and get you in complete order with an amazing "please come back again" sexy latina accent!!

So we have been movin it around over here in the greater tri-state area specifically with our cool Cuban counterpart Joe Espo! from Baseball Plus. First, let us start by sayin' Joe Espo is cooler than an iced up Cuba Libre...y que es el verdad!!

Not only did Joe Espo introduce us to CT. In the most hospitable way....he had us meet some very cool people and talented athletes!!! We will get to them and who they are...but we have to tell ya what stood out amongst all of the standouts is Jose Espo!!! Jose Espo hands down took the cake! Why?? Well Jose planned an escape from a pretty fortified hospital to get some of this good 'ol phewsioneering! Not only did he defy the martial art capable nurses....he persuaded both Joe Espo and "Mama Espo" to allow him to participate with elite baseball cats in a baseball phewsioneering! workout.
Look at him...chillin' and yes that is real work out sweat!! But what grabs your attention more than anything is yep!! Dats right...Jose was workin' out with the IV still in his arm!!! How crazy is that!!
Now that's what you call goin' hard!! Crazy hard!! We knew our Cuban counterparts were off the chain with the "Che" thing and the "libertad thing"....but this is a whole 'nother level!! The IV in arm..
Feelin' faint and runnin' with able bodied MEN in 95 degrees!!! Whoa!!! Jose has big dreams and is quite in serious focus on gettin drafted by MLBA out of Amherst!! So ladies and gents....and
Cesar Presbott, if you're reading this, this picture of Jose Espinosa and his will to work is beyond great! Its what makes franchises special and also win! Not to mention the CIA of speed "PHEWsioneering" says Jose Espinosa will be able to run WELL beyond the 6.8 seconds for 60 yards. We won't tell you how fast but we will tell ya, we told ya so!!!

Citiusly speaking. We take the "art" of phewsioneering! citius. Kev O and I felt the need to dig deep and pull out the cannons! Late one night, like we always do, we were conversing with our operatives that range from Sierra Leon to Sao Paulo to Monte Carlo. We call our operatives sleeper cells!!! Why? Well, because no matter where you go on this planet..we have phewsioneers on every continent on this planet ready to activate!!!

We communicated and went deep into the well of yaknowumsayins'. We looked up and said, "are you citius!” Which turned into “oh so citius!” And ultimately...
“So..So.. Citius!” Oh, by the way in Latin “citius” actually means "FASTER".
That’s crazy right!! We then called creative control aka The Staple Cell and gave them some live ammo! Knowing how our Staple cell rocks.... we stood back and waited for delivery of live ordinance...
What came back was beyond hollow points...beyond spent shell casings.... well beyond fully auto. What came back..citiusly speaking... is the speed royalty mark that represents the speed intelligencia for many fast straightaways, stolen bases, kickoff run-backs, clears, fast breaks, fastballs, and safe reconnaissance mission return. Now hear this!!! Kevin Young, the WRH Just in from the "Scene in Eugene". Our back drop, the 2008 U.S Olympic Track & Field Trials, were showcased by some fast, yet wind-aided races that basically were some of the fastest times ever run on the face of this earth! "I know a lil somethin' about that...heh..heh..heh. Told you I'm da Man!!!

Flying to Eugene was interesting, you see the weeks beforehand we were busy teaching speed in Richmond, Virginia.. Big ups Glen Allen, Paul Camaniti and our man...Bobby O "The MMM" But now in Track-Town USA, one can only feel the intensity of the heat that was on the track. And I do mean heat!

The men's 100m finals produced the fastest time ever run by man....yeah...we two legged beings affected by gravity! Our homie and fellow worlds fastest man ran 9.68!!!!!!! That deserves more than 3 exclamation points! Its crazy! 9.68. The world record is 9.72 by fast man Bolt! But windy or not Tyson ran 9.68. So you know what that means.........
He can long-toss a Baseball with himself....he can play catch with a Football with himself. Oh! and he is from Lexington, Kentucky! Land of blue grass and fast horses...and Mr.Tyson Gay!!!

Like we all know the Fastest is the Flyest...who says so? Ask me Kev O!!! I say so cause I AM the fastest and that makes me the flyest!!!

Last year we were parally expressing our feats of speed with mere reference of athletes within the circles of particulars sports. The year before we had some cats picked up and a lil noise had been made. You know wha'....no more anticlimactic draft season news!

That's right we blowin' up! The New York Daily news (above)featured the "5" players in the metropolitan area that were drafted by major league baseball teams in the 2008 draft.
Wanna know what....we gotta pop some S@%T!!! Phew! Is responsible for "3" of the 5 players!!! DATS RIGHT! We got em rollin' so fast that they can't be just fly......they are FLYIN' Fernando Frias...Jean Carlos Rodriguez ....Carlos George represent the the phewture of Major League Baseball. We worked on the wabbas, we worked on the one move pivot....we worked on the 60....looks like from our vantage point that what we worked on worked! WORD UP!!!
Ya see, this Phew! Thing of ours is the real thing! La Cosa Phew! It works for you no matta' what kinda skill that ya wanna do...we speed you up in a workout or maybe two so you can get that full scholli or be on the draft board too!!!

Athletes wanna be in music..and music cats would like to be athletes. That's a nice intro considering the fact that both are part of a youth driven world where being fit and young is definitely the thing. Flash to my man..very good friend and outstanding executive Kobie-Kobe. My man Kobe is a director at a prominent entertainment label. He has one thing in mind...get fit and get fly...and get some Ka-Ching BOING! Oh...and get focused as you see here. Kobe has never really been Mr. Olympics but as of late he has been diligent in getting right and pursuing being a barrister. Kobe got busy...He ran, he did crazy wabbas, and all of the the Olympic level stuff WE do with our athletes that are in quest of speed superiority! Needless to say, one thing for sure....two things for certain...the preparation of speed will handle a body in universal fashion! Right here is an official world class athlete. His name is Joe Greene. MEAN Joe Greene!!! We were called to come in and touch Joe up for a fight that he was going to have in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Hard Rock Casino. We were retained to work on conditioining. What we found is that Joe was fit and went hard but he wasn't and had not been working on speed...for real. We found his capacity to operate anaerobically was OK at best. He adapted quickly and his body took to the work we delivered. We considered him throwing punches just like we came out of the blocks in a race and fired out it's the Same thing as a jab or a flurry of punches. We trained Joe like an Olympic sprinter. His jabbing and sharp movements fall into the world of sprinting. So 100 meter sprint related work is what we laid on him! Muhammad Ali said that running was the reason why he did so well, he LOVED to run. In fact he said that is what gave him the edge in his time of successful fighting! So who better to create speed programming for boxing's fast hands Joe Greene.

Yo..Yo..YO!!! We are down in the South..doing the Adrenaline Phewsioneering! speed symposium! We set up shop with our main man Paul Caminiti of Adrenaline Sports down here in Richmond. Gotta tell you right now we are in the DOPEST named high school for what we are doing! We are rockin' at a place called "DEEP RUN HIGH SCHOOL!" in Glenn Allen Virginia. How crazy is that name! It's nuts since we are teaching young Glen Allen Athletes how to run fast!! Really fast! Oh, and No ropes, No parachutes, No Gimmicks! Just their bodies and gravity! As usual! We did our first group..fixed 'em up fast and solid! Some dropped 1 second, some dropped 2...We had a young fella we named "Mike No heels", he dropped 4 seconds!! We even had a young lady named Lissi Baker a/k/a Whoop! Whoop! a/k/a Beany a/k/a Blista Free!
Here she is..real cool, real fast, and honestly one of the nicest young ladies we have ever trained. We have wagered she will be on someones magazine cover one of these days!! She ran 15.47 for her first correct 100 meters and after we fixed her up she ran 14.9 Now..that is what we call a Phew! seconds faster!!
Beany is a sprinter and a pole vaulter..Cool combo huh! Here you see friction marks due to the pole ripping through her grip as she does her approach in the vault. That we figured was due to the improper mechanics on her approach. Poor back leg carriage and no knee lift. We corrected all of that and what we believe is NOW, she will go through her approach and take the force thats causinng the blister burns to transfer into the pole which will help her create more lift and get up over that barrier! stay tuned for the whoop! whooop!...Oh! Thats the sound she makes when she is going up...uP..UP in the vault.

So Phewsioneering is the art of phewsing the best in speed to the best in a particular skill! Intro Shellshock-Phewsioneering! Lookin' back on when I was a 'lil snot-nose athlete designer in NYC fresh from competing overseas. I got put on to Phil Pabone..who was cool! He found out I was a world level sprinter travelling the globe and he suggested that I meet his man Tony Shellman. (Who knew how the world would change)..Shellman put me on as the International spokesperson of Mecca..then Enyce. I learned so much and realized there was a niche in bottling "lifestyles", especially of a world class sprinter and the respective lifestyle that goes with. So, kinda urban (which is clever)mixed with real speed, which is science and function is what I figured out to bottle and sell! Yeah, I figured out we have a luxury-speed company! Why not, we own a world record and countless world champions and Olympians and are considered the fastest in the WORLD, RIGHT NOW!!...Sounds like luxury to us...Shellman definitely opened my eyes to the notion and actually gave me the fever of "Brand Building". So as you read this blog... See the people we make fast...see the line launch...read about more Phewsioneers being added...I want you to know, We ain't in the business making Joe Smith nor Deon Sanders nor Alex Rodriguez's. We're in the business of making "PRIME TIMES" and A-RODS..So, I learned from the best in the business in brand making and superior swagger for Phew! Sounds like James bond huh..you know what, our man is the design James BOND! WHA! WHA! Here he is, in the lab you find him a/k/a "Stapleman" deep in the process of "wysiwyg" (What you see is what you get). For reasons of Staple security, and perserverance of phewsioneering in the free world we do not overtly present Stapleman...not to mention the maintenance of his personal security is tantamount!
QUICK STORY>>
One time at the Staple man compound (there really is one), we saw 2 cats in front scheming just to get a glimpse of Stapleman and his covert ops team. Being used to this, immediately they went into action and hit them with "Staple avoidance contingency plan A1." Thank God for ccd surveillance, and Staple threat deterrance!!! The "way too friendlys" were hit with a "Nah, he ain't here" by team member "Staple Jerry" and they broke out! Phew!!! close call to what could have clearly been a ride down catch a brick central....so design went on.

Speed afficionados...We are going global..well...again!! We told you we work on ALL things that go fast. Hey, just recently a hummingbird registered on thephew.com asking me and KevO "Yo, how do I get my wings faster? These bees are fast out here lately!!" Honestly, we had to get back to him. That was a question for the Grandmaster Tate! Anyway right after that our ultra dope homie straight outta the UK began workin on tour BMX phewsioneering! system we have cdeveloped. (Its an Olympic sport now in 2008 games!) Our man on the pedal is the one and only Nathan Routledge a/k/a Fish and Chips! a/k/a Fishy a/k/a Fish Fly! Fish and chips..well, as you know, is the US equivalent to the cheeseburger. Who Knew?
So we have applied the Phewsioneering! to Fish Fly and by the looks of it, it's workin'. Money has to be like 5 feet in the air...Oh, and NO PARACHUTES or green screen technology used in the flick by the way! Nick told me he took the foto himslef too! Fly Fish Fly!

So our man Fishy Has alotta flavor ya know....
He sounds like he is right outta Some Brit flick Like smoking barrels or or the transporter 3!
We mean with all of the fly verbals like...mate..pressups...wanker...and a plethora of your most brass knuckle filled greetings you ever wanna hear. In fact, he is a dope part of the Rock Star BMX bike team headed up by our man Jimmy Mac of BullDog bikes........

So check it out. Many times we take for granted moments in time that make one go damn!
This day was one of those days that we felt we needed to capture..lets just say...a Phew! moments in time. KevO and I went out to one of the dopest campuses in the United States. UCLA. Backdrop Bel-Air on one side..Beverly Hills on the other...and Hollywood on the other. Bananas to say the least! So UCLA honored KevO and the National Championship teams that he was on at the USC/UCLA duel meet that is a "real LA" event to go to. LA has some fly stuff at times. Anyway..
Nothing like being in a venue with a lot of the worlds best cats...NO, worlds fastest cats that are just chillin' and laughing and kind of basking in the rays of speed cultivating sunshine!.....pretty good eh! :-)

KevO is a rock star internationally..being the WRH and all..but, we were surrounded by all the company we kept at workouts. For KevO, at UCLA on the reg-U-lar every day basis he could say he chilled with the fastest dudes on the planet that occupied the top "5" on the planet. That ain't chopped liver homeslice!

First of all check out how they immortilized our homie KevO..I mean c'mon yo! the man is on all of the hurdles at UCLA at the world famous Ducky-Drake stadium. This is beyond fly!

Then, how often do you find 2 world record
holders in the same building? Olympics? yes...Olympic trials? yes...On a sunny day in LA at UCLA..All the damn time! this is what I'm talkin about man...Only in LALA land does this happen. This is why we had to bring you up close and personal so some of this freaky dust can get on you aspiring speedsters! In the moment, you see both DJ-P aka Mike Powell-Current Mens Long Jump World Record Holder 29'-4.5"... and KevO doing Interviews. Cmon man..pretty cool if we must say so! THATS KRAZY!

Now what we have to let you know is when we say we are the fastest cats in the world..and so are all of our friends...we MEANS just that.M@&$@ are fast!! The dudes below are part of a small UCLA sprint team that won a national championship 2x!!! '87 and '88.

Thats Henry "Hindu" Thomas 20 flat-200/10.2-100/45 something..in highschool! Then you have KevO..the WRH-WattsUP!...And Steve "Bossman" Lewis..1988 400m Olympic champion 43.8 and some change..as a FRESHMAN in college and 2x gold medalist national champion...and on...and on....and ON! The Phewture!

Its crazy how all of this Phew! stuff came to my head..one day on an airplane enroute to Miami! Needing a brand name desperately...I looked at an article in Mens Health... and it said.."John runs 8 miles, does 1,000 crunches, 300 pushups, walks the dog, get his son ready for school, takes a shower, gets drressed and then goes to work by 9am......Phew!

Needless to say a brand was born! Fly huh! So in the spirit of being born...I wanted to introduce you.... one of our newest additions to our Phewsioneering! speed projects. My main man...my son...Baby GoGo! He is our first of many that represent the Phewture! He just said "GoGo"in this flick...

Ok..What up NYC and the rest of the eyeballs on the planet checking this Phew! flava out!

After days and nights of NOT knowing my phot editing key strokes...Finally we are in the game. Shout outs to Stapleman!

From the beginning, KevO, "WGIRSS" (we will get to that),and I have been out branding and just rubbing that Phew! funky dust on a lot of people. But this rub of flavor went to A whole nother level and we really had to share it with you!

KevO and I went to Sundance Film Festival along with the "WGIRSS" and as we were chillin' & drinking some fine UCLA Film School Alumni vino...Cameras started snapping, KevO put the rest of the cheese and crackers in his pockets and we started flicking it up with..The Chair of UCLA film school Barbara Boyle aka Prof B! She SO put us in the game that day. Mucho Flava!, Dean Rosen the "Dean" of UCLA film school, AND..thats right..THE BIG DAWG himself Mr. Samuel Goldwyn!! Damn right, Mr. Greenlight HIMSELF! Mr. "I make Hollywood" Movie MOGUL and "Film Phewsioneer" Sam Goldwyn was chilling with us and getting all that early fly Phew! dust all over him! It was crazy to see what REAL power in Hollywood does.
AND NO..you're eyes are not deceiving you you are seeing all that Hollywoood power rockin' the Phew! degrees skullies! So you may say to yourself "self how come I don't have a Phew! degrees skully?" Answer: You need to get in the game..Sam Goldwyn is in the game!

Oh, and just in case that all went over your head..THE next time you see a MOVIE and the Company Metro Goldwyn Mayer rolls up the screen...Know that Sam Goldwyn is the "G" in MGM!! Hold that!
